Portrait Photography

From the minute I pick up my camera, my goal is to ensure that when you look at your pictures, you should feel as if you have stepped back into that moment. I believe 100% that your experience with me is just as important as how the final images look. I want you to remember how proud you felt when you watched your infant hold himself up for his photo session in the leaves or how you all laughed when you ran and played on the beach.

For a more personalized and unique experience, all photo sessions take place at your home or outdoor location of your choice. Prior to your photo session we will discuss your vision of the type of portraits you would like of your family and/ or children. This discussion will include time of day, location, clothing choices, etc. Plan on allocating one to one 1/2 hours of time for your photo shoot. Approximately one to two weeks after the photo session we will rejoin at your home or my gallery to view a projection screening of your images. The images will also be available online for friends and family to view.

2008 Fees:

  • Weekday Session - $ 200 + tax
  • Weekend Session - $ 250 + tax

Wedding Photography

The most frequent question I'm asked by brides and prospective clients is: "Are you a photojournalistic or traditional photographer?" The best way to describe my style is emotional photojournalism.

When you look through your wedding album, whether it is on your 1st or 50th anniversary, I want your images to take you back to how you felt when you looked into your husband or wife's eyes on this wonderful, magical day. Just as importantly, I want you to see how your friend's and family looked upon you with tears of joy in their eyes and the smiles on their faces that were impossible to contain. Of course, I take all the required family and bridal party formal portrait combinations but it is the look on your mom or dad's face as he sees you for the first time that you will treasure always. When my couples tell me that they were amazed at how many details I captured, all the little things they didn't know were going on, I know that it was a job well done.

In order to provide my wedding clients with the personalized attention they need and deserve I now limit the number of wedding commissions I will accept per year. In addition only one wedding or special event will be photographed per day.

2008 Fees:

  • 6 hours - $ 2,400 + tax
  • 8 hours - $ 3,200 + tax
  • 10 hours - $ 4,000 + tax

Additional hours can be added to any package at the rate of $400 + tax per hour.

All packages include:

  • Online posting of proofs for 90 days
  • Engagement session with one 5 x 7 print
  • 4 x 6 Proofs in Custom Boxes
  • Digital Hi-Res Files of Wedding On CDs
  • Travel within a 100 mile radius
  • A photographer's assistant

We also offer a wide variety of albums, prints, canvases and framing.
